Good reasons to write
- You found a wrong or outdated SWIFT code, ABI code, fee or rule. Please include the page and, if you can, a link to the source.
- A bank you use has changed its name, merged or closed branches.
- You would like me to cover a topic that is missing.
- You represent a bank or service and want to correct a fact about it. I will check the facts, but I do not sell coverage or placement.
What I cannot help with
I am not a bank and cannot see, open or manage accounts. I cannot trace payments, unblock cards or give personal financial, tax or legal advice. For problems with an account, contact your bank first; if it does not resolve the issue, customers in Italy can turn to the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario.
Never send me passwords, PINs, card numbers or copies of identity documents.
